All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.
Your credit/debit card will be authorized when your order is placed and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We accept payment via popular methods including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Delivery
Upon completion of your order for a test(s) you will receive your order confirmation email. Your test kit will be dispatched the following working day via the Royal Mail. Please complete the form within your kit and return it to our testing facility with your hair sample using the prepaid envelope provided. We cannot be held responsible for the damage, loss, or theft of samples not received by us. We aim to deliver your test results by email to your chosen email address within 72 hours of receiving your test sample.
The delivery times for test results are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
Prices and Payment
All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, quoted in Great Britain Pounds (GBP £), and are inclusive of UK VAT where appropriate.
All debit and credit card payments are subject to validation by the card issuer. We cannot be liable for any delays caused to the delivery times if your card issuer refuses to authorize your purchase.
In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the card and authorize us, or our payment service provider, to take payment in full for the items in your order and any associated delivery fees and other charges that become due to us under these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
From time to time we will run promotions and offers on selected tests. All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your order.
